My name is Courtney and I'm a Registered Massage Therapist at In Balance Massage Therapy Clinic. After working as a rehabilitation assistant in convalescent care and long term care for a few years I developed a passion for helping treat pain, injuries, and dysfunction. I decided to further my education and graduated from the Advanced Massage Therapy program (Honours) at Georgian College in 2018 and have been treating since 2019.
As an RMT my goal is to help individuals of all ages better understand how their daily lifestyle impacts their health, tissues, pain, and discomfort. I want to work with you to uncover and understand the root cause of these issues and combat it with an evidence-based treatment plan that works best for you.
I currently provide Relaxation (Swedish) Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and TMJ Massage. Any massage treatment can be a combination of those listed.
