A little about Colin!

​

Colin began his working life in the world of computers and software development. He gained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Computer Science, in 1984. Colin then spent the next 24 years working in software development in telecommunications for Nortel in Ottawa and Germany.

 

Colin embarked on a change of career in 2012 and subsequently graduated in Registered Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek, ON in December of 2014 and obtained his registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in January 2015.

Colin understands the importance of relaxation and restorative massage treatments in today’s highly stressed society and employs general Swedish massage techniques, fascial work and cupping. He especially enjoys the challenge of treating sports-related soft tissue injuries. He relates very well to people of all demographics and backgrounds and is very passionate about helping people improve their overall wellness.

He enjoys keeping active by playing pickleball as well as maintaining a level of physical autonomy by regularly practicing locomotion and mobility training.
