"I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and knew I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare and helping others. I loved learning about the human body so I chose to study Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton where I learned about the bodies self healing and self regulating mechanisms through principles based practice. I believe that Osteopathy can help re-align the body's structure and function so that it can restore its own health through proper blood, nerve, and lymphatic flow. I very much look forward to meeting and working with you all"
